Brodard Executive Search was founded in 2009 as a one-woman operation during tough economic times. With only a computer and a phone, founder Nathalie Brodard set up shop after working in-house as a recruiting manager for many years in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Nathalie had a vision: to build an executive recruiting business based on a set of core values — openness, authenticity, intelligence and integrity — and always putting clients and candidates first. This was a winning formula, and satisfied clients soon began to ask for a wider range of recruiting services covering all levels of the workforce, which the agency now provides.

Still a young and nimble company, Brodard Executive Search has steadily expanded. Now with seven employees and new Geneva offices, Brodard Executive Search has earned a place as one of the top financial-sector recruiting firms in the country. For many of her clients, Nathalie and her team have become trusted partners who advise business leaders on their talent-management strategy and market trends.

What’s next for Brodard?

Not only is the team growing, it is also expanding into new industries while continuing to build its network, client base and expertise. On the horizon is a new office and team to be located in Zurich.
